Everyone in the criminal justice system has a right to understand the process and their rights within it. This guide has been developed by experts and people with lived experience for legal and court professionals working with clients with a disability.

Preparing for court?

This form has been designed for supporters and carers to complete with a person with disability to ensure they are prepared for court. It will help lawyers know more about the person and uphold their rights in the court process.
